According to the law of the present government, the employees have to retire at the age of 6 years. But at this age of 6 years, people do not reach old age in this age of extreme improvement in health and medical sciences. Most of them have strong performance, physical and mental strength. As a result, they suffer from unemployment and frustration as they retire from their jobs. 
In our country, lately, a class of socialists is taking care of old age to create shelter for them. The purpose is great, but many of them are living in lonely hard times, socially isolated from family and society, seeking refuge in old age. Despite the companionship and ease of children, it is not desirable to send the old men to old age.
